It is time to become your own Energy Guru!

The most common challenges we are experiencing right now:

  • feeling fragmented or not wholly in our body
  • feeling hijacked (either physically, emotionally or energetically)
  • feeling disoriented and foggy
  • not sleeping well / waking throughout the night
  • extreme energy shifts between high and low
  • feeling like there is a battle going on inside of us


The Good News is...

these experiences are Growing Pains. They are part of the process of spiritual evolution (also called Ascension).  If we can learn to keep the intense, erratic energy flowing through us (instead of consuming us), our journey will be lighter, brighter, more wonderous and miraculous.

The Better News is...

I incorporated this routine into my mornings (and now added an evening routine) and it dramatically shifted my energy, my thoughts, my intuition, my perspective, my connection to spirit, my attitude, and my gratitude in miraculous ways.

I used to think I had to fix my relationships, work out my self-issues, get over past traumas, do better, be better, etc... Then I realized that by WORKING WITH MY ENERGY, every aspect of my life naturally shifted to a higher level of consciousness — a higher vibration.

The Incredible 10-Minute Morning Energy Routine is 32-page guide takes you through 16 exercises (plus a bonus exercise for the end of your day) to help jump-start your mental focus, ignite physical stamina & strength, emotional confidence, and energy flow and balance.
